4: Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
5: Payment & Credit Card Processing
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to process any payment method immediately at the time of order. For your convenience, we may, at our sole discretion, only authorize the full or partial amount of an order and capture the full or partial amount up to 2-business days before the time of shipment. Some situations that may result in the initial credit card authorization expiring before the time of shipment and the credit card information on file failing to process. In this event, we will contact you to request additional information required to process and ship your order. If we cannot obtain the necessary information within 10 business days of the initial attempt to capture funds, the order will be canceled and you will be notified.
6: Pricing and Content Information
While ReadyReserveFoods.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. ReadyReserveFoods.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, ReadyReserveFoods.com shall have the right, at ReadyReserveFoods.com's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, ReadyReserveFoods.com may, at ReadyReserveFoods.com's discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Merchandise Content: ReadyReserveFoods.com attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. However, ReadyReserveFoods.com does not warrant that the product descriptions or other Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with ReadyReserveFoods.com's Return Policy.

Ingredients & Nutritional Content: All content, including, but not limited to, nutrition facts, ingredients, recipe and health information provided on any part of this Site is for educational purposes only. Such content is intended to supplement, not substitute for, the diagnosis, treatment, and advice of a medical professional. Such content does not cover all possible side effects of any new or different health program. 7: Quantity Limits & Dealer Sales
ReadyReserveFoods.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. ReadyReserveFoods.com also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms of Use, reselling shall be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from ReadyReserveFoods.com for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third-party.

19. Return Policy
Damaged or defective items returned within 30-days of the original ship date will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of charge. All damages must be reported to RRF within 5 business days of delivery.
For returns or refusals within 30-days of the original ship date for any other reason than damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping the items to Ready Reserve Foods and the customer will be refunded the full order amount less a 15% restocking fee to cover applicable shipping costs to the original destination address.
Returns or refusals of items after 30 days from the original ship date will be issued in-store credit less a 15% restocking fee to cover applicable shipping costs to the original destination address and the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Ready Reserve Foods if returned for any other reason than damaged or defective items.
20. Canceled Orders
You may cancel your order at any time, however, there is a 10% cancellation fee. If you have questions regarding this cancellation fee, please contact us. All cancellations must occur prior to the order shipping. Once the order has shipped, the rates change. Please see our Return Policy.
21. Privacy Policy
Ready Reserve Foods, Inc. collects the following information for order processing information only: Name, billing and shipping address, Phone number, and email address. Payment information is also collected, however, it is not accessible to RRF. Ready Reserve Foods, Inc. does not sell, trade, or otherwise exchange customer information with any outside parties other than payment processors.
