Shipping & Returns
Damaged or defective items returned within 30-days of the original ship date will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of charge. All damages must be reported to Ready Reserve Foods within 5 business days of delivery.
For returns or refusals within 30-days of the original ship date for any other reason than damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping the items to Ready Reserve Foods and the customer will be refunded the full order amount less a 15% restocking fee to cover applicable shipping costs to the original destination address.
Returns or refusals of items after 30 days from the original ship date will be issued in-store credit less a 15% restocking fee to cover applicable shipping costs to the original destination address and the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Ready Reserve Foods if returned for any other reason than damaged or defective items.
Please note that once the food products have left our facility, they are no longer in our control. Since our products are such high quality, we do not accept returns on food products once it has left our control. Unless your food products have been damaged or defective, all sales are final on food products.
You may cancel your order at any time, however, there is a 10% cancellation fee. If you have questions regarding this cancellation fee, please contact us. All cancellations must occur prior to the order shipping. Once the order has shipped, the rates change. Please see our Return Policy.
Once you have received your products, all returned/cancelled products are the customers responsibility to ship back to us. There is a 10% restocking fee that applies. All food sales are final, no returns.
