Here at Ready Reserve Foods, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and communities are of the highest importance to us. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are dedicated to keeping ourselves and our communities safe, while remaining committed to providing our customers with excellent service. At this time, we have implemented procedures recommended by the CDC and the WHO, and we will continue to follow all CDC and WHO guidelines. Among these, we’ve implemented:
-Social distancing within our workplace and limiting in-person transactions; as well as rescheduling non-essential meetings and events
- Proper hand hygiene per CDC handwashing guidelines
-Proper sanitization of facility with EPA approved disinfectants
-Working from home for positions that are able to do so
-Voluntary self-isolation for all employees who may have been exposed to COVID-19. As of now, no one within our organization has tested positive for COVID-19.
As this situation continues to develop, we will continue to adjust our business practices in order to promote the overall health and safety of our customers, staff, and communities. For us, human health and safety come first.
We are working hard to ensure that your orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, and we appreciate your patience with us in these unprecedented circumstances. We have a dedicated customer service team on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding product availability, order fulfillment, and any other concerns. We are operating during standard business hours, and are processing returns, cancellations, and refunds within a two-three business day timeframe, as per usual. However, please be aware that you may experience shipping delays, and some products may be back-ordered or unavailable immediately.
